Ken Lindsay

Director of Operations

Mr. Lindsay will direct operations and manage the facilities for the Company.

Previously, for the past ten years, Mr. Lindsay was the founder and COO of Autotransfusion, Inc. At Autotransfusion Mr. Lindsay was responsible for all key financial and strategic decisions, overseeing all operations for all divisions of the organization. Mr. Lindsay's leadership and vision regarding logistical and process-oriented results in the medical arena brought the company from a startup to a mature and financially sound operation generating revenues of over $4M per annum within only four years.

Prior to Autoransfusion, Inc., Mr. Lindsay was in the surgical division at UCSF Medical Center. Mr. Lindsay's efforts created significant improvements in both laboratory and materials management efficacy.

Mr. Lindsay has also participated in research and development operations, including design and development of a specialized medical device that pioneered a new surgical procedure and subsequent journal publication.
