Michael J. Skinner

CPA, JD, LLM - Principal, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Skinner has been involved with and served a number of companies in the areas of finance, operations, business development, and executive direction. For the past ten years Mr. Skinner has provided legal, human resource, financial, real estate, and business consultation services to early-stage companies.

Mr. Skinner holds a Masters in Taxation (1989) and a Masters in Corporate law (1988) (with honors) from New York University; a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas Law School; a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas (1980); and is a Certified Public Accountant (1982).
