MacroDynamic Technology
The technology is based on macro scale hydrodynamic cavitation. The processes, techniques and methodology are completely revolutionary, and a dramatic shift from any ultrasound and cavitation technology being utilized today. Hydrodynamic cavitation inducing processors are based on physio-chemical relationship between mechanical and chemical energy (mechano-chemistry application), and the conversion of these two forms of energy by means of intense hydrodynamic cavitation energy and effects (physical acoustical-chemical synthesis). The patented technology can treat solids and liquid materials in energy efficient, safe, and non-toxic or "clean" processes. The equipment consists of a one-system machine with a one-step process.
We have four issued (and one pending) patents for MacroDynamic technology. MacroDynamic technology materially out performs current water treatment and soil remediation processes in one or more areas including: processing efficiency, energy consumption, cost of operation, raw materials utilized, maintenance, and operational ease. The results are lower cost, lower energy utilization per unit remediated, and significant reductions in the amount of polluted solids as a result of the process, but with improved recovery results. Our technology is distinguished from current industry processes, which inefficiently use chemicals, high-energy, high pressure, and filters for such purposes, thereby producing toxic chemical outputs and excess energy consumption.
